Flexibility Friday! One of the amazing benefits of yoga is the flexibility it creates in our body. Starting now I want to help you create flexibility in your body every Friday. In this Yoga for Flexibility practice we are focusing on our upper body: Neck, Shoulders, Abs, Back, Forearms, Wrists, Obliques.

If it is Friday for you, finish your week off right with this Yoga for Flexibility. We worked hard this week with the Yoga for Balance and Power Flow earlier in the week!! So lets take it back a step today and stretch it out.
