  2. This was just right for me! I’m around 14 weeks. 🙂 I feel really good after doing this practice, more aware and calm. I wonder if there are any special practices good for pregnant ladies who are struggling to keep digestion normal…;)?

  3. Thanks for the video! I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I've been doing some prenatal yoga but this routine definitely spiced up my days. It's getting hard for me to breath and I had to take a couple breaks but it's a routine that I still can follow up. Thanks again!

  4. Excellent practice! I am just 15 weeks and coming out of few months of terrible morning sickness, which forced me to be quite still and inactive. I really enjoyed the pace and having the space and time to move around freely with my own breath! Keep up the good work 🙂
