Ah Warrior III, or Virabhadrasana III, or Vira III if you’re feeling lazy. One of the most challenging and also one of the most rewarding poses, in my opinion.
When we work on balancing on the mat, we also subconsciously work on balance in life. We build strength in our roots and in our cores, and feel pride in ourselves when we nail it.
This particular balancing pose is a little harder as it takes you out of center, forcing you to rely on your core strength to keep you upright.
