  1. Love this, but doing so hurt a LOT. I guess that means I need to do it more often. I would love for you to do a video about using foam roller to help with a tight IT band.

  2. i really enjoy your video's and teachings. i have a 30 min "yoga flow" i practice every morning first thing after some coffee. i alternate each day with push-ups and squats to get some strength/muscle tone. i'm kind of a stickler for schedule and consistency but i know i need to change things up to grow and progress. any suggestions for minor changes i could make without changing dramatically. i kind of count on "control" or my morning work out, it's the one thing i can "control" throughout my day and it gets it off to a good start. thanks!
